ELF (eyes, lips, face) is relatively new to us here in the Philippines (I'm not sure if it's really that new to you there in the other continents. lol). They've recently launched their products here and I've read several reviews for this makeup line.
I've purchased a few of their products but my favorites are their brushes and their eye palettes! Their mineral line is also commendable. Their regular products are mostly a dollar's worth but I myself believe that your makeup's cost wouldn't really dictate how beautiful it ends up in your face. It's how you apply it, how it enhances your already beautiful features, and feel confident wearing it.
Anyhoo, I just want to say that makeup manufacturers receive a pat in the back for me. They're starting to think about the global economic crisis and giving the market more worth to their money. Elf is one of them and I give them a double thumbs up :)
